Building a MIS Dashboard

1) Requires building of a MIS dashboard using excel (has database of 11000 clients and 40 sales managers).
2) I will build the excel file and the freelancer should use coding to generate performance analysis reports on each of the sales managers and their teams.
3) The project to be done in such a manner that once this data table and visual interface is built, all changes to the table happens from the interface. For example, new sales managers into the team should be added to the database from an interface rather than making entries in excel
