creative flash designer for small everyday tasks

I need a very creative flash designer.

Sometimes i have a website with a concept and a business scope, that is not transmitting that same concept and business scope.

I have many projects ongoing so please bid in case you speak very good english, extensive and daily use of messenger and you dont mind working in a 5 hour pack.
