We own the [url removed, login to view] domain. It is online now in crude, unfinished form. This is a site built with CouponPress which is a Wordpress theme. We are seeking someone to customize the site for us.
Outline of Project as We Understand It.
The [url removed, login to view] is a site intended to promote local businesses in the townships of Howell and Jackson, New Jersey. These towns are right beside each other in central New Jersey. The idea is that local residents will become aware of the site through our promotional efforts and local business can promote themselves by listing coupons and offering discounts (or other percs) for their products or services on our site. We will charge a monthly fee which will vary depending the level of site they select. The coupons can be taken to the business to receive offer. In addition (and this is important!) we are doing to distribute free in the area the Howell Jackson Card which is a free discount card which enables the user to avail themselves of any discount on our site without printing out a coupon simply by flashing the card when they visit the local business.
WHAT WE SEEK NOW
We want a banner/header designed for the site that conveys the intent of the site which is to save when shopping or looking or services locally in our two towns. The graphic should have the image of at least one or two people who look excited about saving locally. We will also provide a graphic of the actual "card" people can use to save. The header graphic should run across the entire page. We are open to ideas.
