Create an Animation

This project is to create an animated cartoon character that will walk on and direct our web site visitors to the realestate auction site. you can go search youtube for any realestate auction and get your inspiration from there. Animation will run for approximately 20 seconds with voice. This is basically an animation design about a realestate site's "how it works" section with introduction. The format should be in gif or any other that is easily plug into website and platform independent and easy to integrate into html/css. To start, a realestate agent logs into the site and post an advertisement for buy, sale or rent. She also has the option to list her property for auction for a fee. And on the other hand, a buyer logs in and registers for that particular property and buy that property in auction. Buyer can register upto 5 properties. He can also buy, sale or rent for free. That is the basic concept. but there are fees involved and other transaction process that takes place. Those details will be provided once the project is selected. Idea is to put everything in animation so its crystal clear from both buyer and seller prospective about what the site does and what it entails. The entire process will be clearly defined with text animation, cartoon, 3D models and voice with questions and answers. To be considered for selection, please include a short sample or explanation of showing your ideas for the final clip.
