Hello,

We need an image designed for a new website. We need a 945 width by 245 height animated banner (Flash or gif). The animated section should be just some glowing effect or background shimmer.

Details:

COLOR: The background image should have an overall purple color with various different shades and lights. Attached is an example of the color/lights. color.jpg. *Please ignore the text on the example image, it is only to give you an idea of the color and lights.

GENERAL EXAMPLE: Attached is another example of how we would like the banner to appear in regards to the layout and possible symbol. Please see the attached image; HEADER-TIP.png. Notice the triangle and image? We would like to have a symbol kind of similar to that. This is for a psychic website so feel free to use your creative skills here.

The text should display:
