Build a Website with multipress feathures

Hi, I need someone who can do a site from the group up for me.

Its a website where people can log in and build a website using wordpress templates.

its as to have the following features.

- Bodypress with multipress features

- Outbound/Inbound link from the 5 major Social Medias: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google+, Pineterest

- Must be able to work with multiple database. We want to be able to switch to another database once the first is full.

To explain the project a bit more: We are a company that offers to do web site for clients using generic wordpress theme. We have marketing companies marketing our products and we need a website where we can do the assembly before sending it to the client. So the thing that is very important here is the Body press with multipress features that will enable us to do the website assembly.(THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT, WE HAVE TO BE ABLE TO ASSEMBLE WORDPRESS THEME ON THE SITE).

Make sure to make the site able to work with multiple databases and outbound/Inbound link from social medias.
