Hello everyone,

I'm a researcher who to need to do a website. I already have the design and the HTML structure, the server and all the pages. I just need to have all the pages being dynamic in PHP-MySQL with all the responses recorded for every subject.

When the subject arrives on the website, he reads the instructions and then, by clicking on "Next". I would like to randomize 3 differents order for the profile. Then, they are going to rate 17 different profile pictures on a "Hot or Not" scale. This scale is on 7 points from 7 (hot) to 1 (not). There is going to have 4 check questions just to be sure that the subject is still paying attention to the study. Then, there is 2 final pages.

I would like all this information to be recorded on the same line for every subject and being exportable on an Excel file in order to analyze the data.
