I have a web site design in PSD files and need the HTML/CSS for a PHP site. Note that there will be no CMS integration in this project. We will do that. We only need the pages developed so that we may plug in the elements to our own database queries. Preference will be given for bids that will take less than one day to return the files. There are ten pages in this web site, but most of them contain the exact same design and only have one distinct element. There is one top navigation bar and one footer. The home page has no nav bar and has the background that is consistent across all except two of the pages. To get a sense of the pages, here is the list:
