Create a png file

I have created a png file but I am lousy at Photoshop. I need someone to create a small "cone" shaped image in good quality.

Select "konisk" in the first drop donw. the image you see to the right should be cone shaped. Now it's all bad quality.

All I need is for someone to deliver a png file with the exact same dimensions:

- It shall have good quality

- it shall be transparent inside the cone

- it shall be white on the outside

When I swith to another color it shall switch, so transparency has to work fine. (You can modify the dropdown with label "F?rg" to see how color changes.
