Digital Artist Photoshop

This is a project for an experienced Digital Artist. Basically my goal is to create a screen saver 1600 X 1200 that displays a Basketball player with an urban background. The concept is Basketball and music so you are free to be as creative as possible in making the relationship. I have attached a jpg that has a clear concept elements of what I am looking for (1) I really like the music notes and how they are on that light stream (2) great picture of a person in action lot of energy (3) This is a very good example of a person with a ball in hand you can almost feel the energy. The background sure be urban/gurndge. Upon completion of this project I need to have the layered PSD or .AI file and all ownership.
