Create moodle template based on current joomla template

I currently have a joomla site on [url removed, login to view] and would like my moodle header and site to look similar it is located at nnn.xxx.com. The moodle header can be more compact to save space. I have attached a pic of the joomla site header. We will need to change a few things for the Moodle template.
The moodle site needs to be 2 columns.
You must install the template onto moodle. I will give you access.
Do not ask for release of milestones before the job is done.
