Design a Website Mockup

We would like a graphic design treatment for the home page (with implied design for other pages), as well as an interactive page for 50 flip-cards as gallery that you can save with 'favourite' or 'maybe', (a little like searching for favourite houses on [login to view URL], I suppose) - with interactive booklet with Javascripted page turn capability for 20 page document. We will provide details about the branding via a private google document. The CMS will be Wordpress and use the base theme, Twenty Eleven.

There are some quotes where (1) the sample files are not well designed graphically or (2) additional offers are included such as HTML and CSS.

To be clear, my guess is this is a few hours work for a pure graphic designer for the two pages in Photoshop, to be sent as PDFs, and yes needs to be designed for all devices, etc - ie flexible, so mockups in iPhone and iPad expected.

If you have included any coding time, please cut that out of the projected figures and re-quote.

***We are looking for an ongoing graphic designer for multiple projects and this would be a first super small task.
