I'm looking to hire someone to create a web application like scipio.ro. It's about a database like an article index from different magazines. It must have an admin interface, and different kind of users. Some of them can post magazines with indexes, of course. Every magazine must have in the database the name of the articles inside, the authors, references and other fields.
