Build a Sports Bar Website

Huangdao Legends Sports Bar has recently opened in Huangdao, Shandong, China. Our next phase is to build our customer base and do everything we can to keep our clientele informed of events and sports broadcasts. To that end, we are now moving to develop a website using the domain www.Legends.asia.
The website needs to be clean, simple, intuitive, easy to maintain and viewable on a range of devices (mobile devices to desktops).
The business staff in China will locate a hosting server.
The Freelancer developer will be responsible for:
1. Developing the website from handwritten notes and sketches provided by myself (the expat owner).
2. Selecting from a a shortlist of China based host servers, a host with the correct setup for our website.
3. Uploading the website to the hosting server and making the webiste live. Troubleshoot as required.
4. Ensure website is easily accessible to China staff for uploading and editing event details, photographs from events, contact details, TV Sports guides.
What will we provide?:
A. Artwork for professionally designed bar logo.
B. Photographs from the bar on the opening day in July 2015.
C: URL from link to TV Guide page is already printed. Website needs to align with URL: [login to view URL]
D. Basic layout of the website. 1 home page. 4 sub-pages:
* Home Page (Landing page)
* Submenu's "Events", "TV Guide", "Gallery", "Contact Us"
* "Events" will be a page listing events for the week and special events coming up in the next month.
* "TV Guide" will be a page listing the sports we plan to broadcast for the week and a downloadable pdf TV Guide. A location on this page for customers to request a certain sport in advance.
* "Gallery" will be photo's from any special events at the bar. Thumbnails that expand into a slide show...
* "Contact Us" will be page for making email contact (recapcha feature), provide address, pdf map, link to china baidu map, GPS coordinates.
Timeframe:
2 weeks from award or better, to have the website live.
Allow for up to 3 iterations.... first draft website, comments#1, rework and update#1, comments#2, rework and update#2, final comments, final rework#3, go live.
