I'm setting up a business and have tried to use websites like WIX and squaredspace and have some ideas of what I want but i'd like to have the website for myself.

In terms of functionality I would like the following:
Hostable on Azure
Ideally I should be able to manage the content myself (CMS)
I would like notifications when someone "requests to be contacted" (possibly registration functionality)
