I need 2 Landing Pages.
One that looks exactly like this: [login to view URL]
and other one exactly like this: [login to view URL]
the fields will come from my landing page: [login to view URL]
The landing paging that looks like the second example, will have one extra field -
Are you a Veteran or Active Military? And the options should be Yes or No
The form results will need to be sent to an email address and a CRM. i will provide the instructions. I can send you the current setup and you should be able to edit a little and make it work. i can also provide you form and you can break it up and redesign it to make them look like the example landing pages.
Please note: if you cannot make the landing pages look VERY VERY VERY similar to the examples i provided, please do not respond. thanks! Looking to finish this weekend.
I forgot to mention that the landing pages need to be Desktop, Mobile and Tablet friendly.
I need 1 more landing page for mobile only..exactly like the example below but with form fields that i provide. Please open on your cell phone.
