Our platform [login to view URL] is an online commerce with a blog added to it. In this platform we provide solutions to certain problems in certain categories. As of now our solutions are displayed in articles. See example: [login to view URL] and what we'd like to do is reform the whole thing and make it so our solutions display as a Web Multi-Step Wizard (Like when you install a software for example you go through steps and so forth). There is a relatively close example and it's located here: [login to view URL]
We'd like to make it so each step has an image/gif and below that some instructions. If users cannot solve a certain step or are finished there will be two options present on every one of them which is "Help!" or "Next" which will take them to next page. First option which is "Help!" will allow the user to place a comment under a certain step and await further troubleshooting.
