Build an online database that can track my products, how much I sold them for and who bought them. Stored on our server

-Must have multiple log ins (5-10) (password protected)

-Have the following fields (Date listed, lot number, Title, Winner, Consigner, Price, Paid (true or false), Picked Up (true or false) Rejected (true or false) and free form notes

-Need a search screen (look up) where we can search for each item using any of the fields (flter sort, selecting multiple criteria to sort). Show all matching records, then able to select a purticular record, Once the record is pulled up, have ability to edit any of the record fields.

-Export search results to excel

-Does not need to be linked to a payment gateway. All records will be manually entered

-Nothing is automated

-Needs reporting. Report by winner (both paid or unpaid), report by consigner (paid or unpaid), Sold by date range (custom range)

-Needs a seperate look up page (that is not password protected) where we can search by winner field and only display items matching that winner that is also unpaid
