Campaign Monitor - Newsletter Template - Repost - open to bidding

Seeking a Campaign Monitor Template Design for a Newsletter.

The design must be responsive for mobile & look great for desktop.

Attached is a wiring diagram of the layout wanted. It has to look /great/ The design is not 'proportional' You as the designer needs to make the layout look good and balanced. The colours theme for the newsletter needs to reflect the logo and not be too 'heavy'.

The logo is also included.

The icons need to reflect 'Human Resources' issues. I.e. Law, Hiring/Firing, Health and Safety or things of that ilk.

The design development file must be included in the hand-over. This can be in indd, ai, psd, or pdf editable format and fonts must be identified and free for distribution.
