Convert HTML site to responsive WordPress site.

I need this html site [login to view URL] converted into a responsive WordPress site, that must be easy to edit. I can provide the the html files and the psd files.
- The different areas of the frontpage and the image slider need to be edited in wordpress with custom fields. In the same way as seen in this screenshot taken from another site: [login to view URL]
- The sidebar images on the inner pages also need to be easy to add with a custom "add image" function that will add images into the sidebar for each page. Inner page: [login to view URL]
- It needs to be easy to add image galleries to any page. Page with gallery: [login to view URL] . The images open in a light box.
- The new site must be responsive. There are no visual guides for the mobile views, so you need to have experience in making responsive wordpress sites.
- Please make the new site 960px wide in desktop view. Make the content area wider, the right sidebar can be same width as now.
I have a dev server with WP installed you can use, or you can use your own server.
