Creative Website with geotagged photo posting capabilities for memorial

I have a close friend (and business partner) who recently died when he fell off a rooftop in Brooklyn.

He was loved and respected by many. As a filmmaker most of his friends are filmmakers that travel the world making music video and commercials. We had the attached sticker made so that whenever any of us travel we can put the sticker wherever we go and then we take a picture to share with friends and family to show all of the places Andre will be remembered.

I want to collaborate with a website designer/programmer to create a simple website where people can upload the pics they take and tag them to atlas style photo of the world. (similar to google earth, pic attached) So that his friends and family can see the impact Andre had on so many and still has on so many. It would be great if a Spotify player can be embedded as well to stream a playlist his mother created of his favorite music.

I am open to ideas and suggestions that would make this project better or easier to build.
