I'm producing a 20 page booklet (inc covers) for a community election. The booklet is made up of landscape pages, B5 size.

The work does not need to be overly styled, but aesthetically pleasing, professional, easy to read and appeal to an audience whose average age is around 60-70 years old.

I have a range of pictures and text to use, pictures can be used at discretion of designer. I need designer to also select fonts that are appropriate but at their discretion.

If you have a ready made template I am fine with this so I can see what I might be getting.
