Design a Brochure

It's actually a book manuscript in Word, 250 pages. It's edited, but I need some light formatting help on about 50 pages and I need it back as a .pdf file. Most of the formatting has been done by hand so there should only be a few corrections here and there:
- Make sure the 21 Chapters and 'Part 1,2,3' and Template headers are all have the proper margins
- For the ~35 tables and charts, make sure they have the proper margins and placement
- Make sure that section breaks occur in the right place (e.g. that section headers don't appear at the bottom of the page)
- Check the Table of Contents and put in the correct values for the pages
- Turn it into a .pdf
- Make sure that Arial and Verdana fonts are embedded
- Send back the Word and .pdf files back to me
