Design a Facebook landing page

Hi, i am rebranding my facebook page and want it to encompass the content that i post and the things i am passionate about. I am currently Total Body Nutrition, but the two names i am thinking of so far are 'Strong and Healthy - Total Body Nutrition' Or 'Strong, Clean, Lean' and maybe an element of a Total Body Nutrition logo there somewhere as this is my business name.

The idea i have in my head, is some kind of male/female mixed theme encompassing Fitness and Strength Training. I am an amateur strongman so images of Atlas stones/Barbells for the male side with some kind of fitness model working out for the females side.

All of this is under a healthy lifestyle approach as that is the main focus on how to achieve the goals for anyone visiting the page.

I require two images, one for the facebook profile image and one for the cover image which would be the most powerful one. Lastly, a logo for Total Body Nutrition.

I hope thats enough detail, i'm kind of dumping information as i type so hope its clear. Creativity is welcomed so i look forward to seeing what people come up with. Thank you.

i am picturing this with a similar image opposite of a female fitness model both shadowed perhaps and maybe a barbell somewhere in the picture?
