Hi guys - this is a very quick and last minute project. It will be awarded to the first acceptable proposal.

I need a logo/brand style sheet for a proposal I'm attending tomorrow. All I want is something new that makes the client go - yeah! that's it!!

The brand is [login to view URL] - Renting Out Real Estate. It's young and modern, stylish and fun. All I'm after is essentially a text based logo to table as an "idea". The idea will then be the basis of a design competition in coming weeks.

As I said this is an urgent job - so i'll only be awarding to those that can get onto this straight away.
