Mobile Game Characters Reskin/Redesign

I am currently in the process of reskinning a mobile game.
For this project I require 20 of the characters within the game to be redesigned to new characters please. All 20 characters must be of similar art style and in colour. They must also have a running, firing and death animation provided in separate PNG frames.
I have attached files for all the current characters that need redesigning. There is also an excel document with descriptions for each character to help you with the designs. All redesigns must be provided to me with the same file names and file dimensions as the originals. The number of frames per animation should be around the same as originals though I don't mind if you use more or less frames.
Please ask questions if you are unsure of anything. Please do not bid unless you fully understand my requirements.
