Create post project interactive walkthrough/tutorial

TeamMMC aims to create an interactive tutorial that guides employers in posting a project on Freelancer.com for the first time. The tutorial automatically pops up for new users and is available in the post project page (https://www.freelancer.com/post-project?) in case they need to watch it again.

The tutorial shows quick ways on navigating the user interface as well as descriptions and tips on each textbox to be filled. The tutorial also introduces the employer to useful features and optional upgrades.

The aim of this interactive tutorial is to not only educate first timers in posting but also generate high quality project listings that are clear and complete. As a result, we hope that the employers receive high quality bids from freelancers who truly understand what the project is about.
