Add social media icons to magento header & footer

I need to add 3 social media icons to the header and footer of a magento website. Attached to this project is the layout I want for the header and footer and the social media icons I want to use for facebook, twitter, and pinterest. I also have attached the pngs for the rollover effect too. I simply need the header/footer updated based on [url removed, login to view] and when a user clicks it opens a new window with the corresponding social media link.
