We require someone to create a mobile responsive Joomla 3.x template from supplied PSD designs.

PSDs are completed and ready but we only have the desktop layout defined, the mobile responsive layouts will need to be interpreted from these. We have PSD files for 5 pages, which are all similar in layout.

Markup should be pixel perfect - Please only bid if you are happy to guarantee this

Template will require a dropdown menu but no rotating slideshow or dynamic content.

The template should be lightweight and quick to load, please no heavy frameworks. We only need template markup, no CMS installation or custom extensions.

Compatibility :

- IE8 +, Safari, Chrome, Firefox, Opera

- IOS/Android tablet and smartphones

- Windows and Mac

- Mobile responsive down to 320px wide
