Buiding an online digital download store Magento based. (Ultimo theme)

I'm looking for someone who is experienced in the magento field, and also has previous experience with the Ultimo theme ( [login to view URL] )

I've already got the hosting , domain name, and theme purchased. So i just need someone to work side by side with me, preferably english and living in the GMT timezone.

I'd like my site to function and look similar to [login to view URL] , accept we'll be using the ultimo theme, so i want it more bright and welcoming.

How the company functions.

Selling software.

Customer adds to basket.

Checksout.

An automatic email is sent out with a download link and a licence code is included in the email.

I'm looking to have this website up and running within 4 days maximum,

I can imagine this is quite a simply job?
