We have an existing HTML/CSS/JS application that runs currently locally within the browser. I require someone to carry out the following.

- Convert/Package the application up into PhoneGap so it will run on a mobile phone naively.

- Enable PhoneGaps barcode scanning functionality and add it to an existing JS function (initiate and return string).

- Add a loading/splash screen to the phonegap application.

This is a simple project for someone that knows phonegap. The final package should be made available to be re-submitted to phonegap for conversion into Android/Iphone.
