I need to be taught by the freelancer how to rapidly create a "replayable" drawing that I will make once and be able to replay the drawing process in a PowerPoint or a web site.

I think the formate is svg? No templates like Videoscibe.

I have and could use Inkscape.

I just uploaded an example of a drawing process (a sort of story board) that I would like animated. All these static 2D drawings would make one animation.
