Customized Java Swing FTP Client

I need a customized FTP client developed with Java Swing.
Basic funcionality:
- user opens application (e.g. clicks twice on the .jar file)
- user logs in (app connects to FTP server and retrieves contents)
- user can upload new file from local machine to remote server
- user will see list of uploaded files on remote server
- user will also be able to see what's in the user inbox (files that he/she needs to download)
- user will be able to download selected file to local machine
Note: remote server will have 2 directories for each user, /userinbox and /sentitems. So I need two lists displaying the contents of each one of those folders. We don't need to show the local and remote paths!
I've designed the App with only 2 screeens:
1) Login screen with company logo (208px width x 75px height), user id, password (field masked with *****)
2) Main window with:
- company logo (208px width x 75px height)
- 2 list boxes (one for "user inbox" + another one for "sent items")
- button to download selected file from user inbox
- file chooser + button to upload new file
- progress bar for uploads/downloads + cancel button
Additional info:
- I want to use a BLACK background with yellow text for labels.
- I don't need the app to do concurrent operations. So we can disable all buttons except the "Cancel" one during upload/download
- Files lists must have scrollbars (horizontal and vertical) if needed (e.g. long file names)
- I need the running application using Java 5 or 6 with the complete ".java" sources. So if you use an external FTP library, that must be an open source one with the sources included. I've tested this one [url removed, login to view] and I found that OK, but you can suggest another one.
- I will send the company logo image to be used in the app screen.
Note: this app must run under several different OSes (Windows, Mac, Linux...) and that's why we chose Java Swing.
