On [url removed, login to view], in the lower right corner, I would like to cycle through a random set of images mashed up from the following RSS feeds in a slideshow format:

Requirements

1) 1 image should be displayed at a time and cycle through in a randomized slideshow fashion (or proposal can support 4 random images opened with prettyPhoto which is loaded on page

2) Functionality should be embedded in a .Net user control

3) pictures and feeds should be called/referenced to minimize effects on page load

4) images with more recent pubDates should be given precedence in randomized slideshow

5) adding a new RSS feed of images to random pool should be clearly documented
