I need someone to build a website that I’ve created very detailed specs for. I need an experienced web developer that knows CSS, Javascript, and html and is familiar with uploading websites to godaddy.com. One of the features of the site will be that it is linked to another site or is similar to a “window” to another site. So for instance, while the user is entering information in my site and looking at data, the information and data will be pulling from another site.
A brief description of each page:
Home page – Will have the navigation and features described in the excel file. The green arrows will show you where the content should be pulling from
The home page will also have a scrolling marquee of pictures and text in the specified green box area.
Want to be able to add pictures and text and to resize the images
Recovered Assets page – This page will have 4 – 5 videos that I already have in file form (I can convert them to whatever file type you need.) and should have some space above and below them for text.
There will be 2 or 3 other pages of just straight text and pictures content that I will fill.
I've attached the specs in the "US assets specs" excel file.
