Do a simple redactorjs plugin

I need a plugin to be added into redactor that adds in shortcodes into my textarea quite like wordpress like [ company ] etc.

These are the things that need done

1) Types of shortcodes

Company

Name

Address

DPO Name

DPO Contact

DPO Email

Please insert in <strong>[ company~name ]</strong>

Communication Modes

Please insert in [ comm-mode ]

Clauses

Please insert in [ clauses ]

2) Dropdown in redactor using fontawesome code icon with the types separated.
