cpa leads required on daily basis weekly payments

I am in a cpa network and want some one to bring me high quality leads on daily basis.

Payments will be on weekly basis.

Please no black hat ways or IP changing or any other ILLEGAL method like that.

Complete help will be given to the workers if they require any.

I will pay 0.5-1$ per conversion or 1st form submit for my cpa offer depending on quality and volume.

Please no upfront payments and initial milestones.

US traffic is required only.
