Needed: 8.5 X 5.5 Postcard (Front and Back) to be mailed out to a database of people- On behalf of a Real Estate “Team” (Consisting of 2 Gentlemen) who specialize in Short Sales that are trying to market directly to those who would need to sell (most likely because they are going underwater in their home). Agents and Company Logo will be provided for project. Need something that is NOT about the Agents, but that speaks to the potential clients and is something that they see and immediately think that post card and everything on it applies directly to them. We also work directly with a very credible Law Firm which we would like to mention here and there (as far as stats and closing records go)… Must be someone who at least has had some experience in the Real Estate Marketing field. A simple publisher doc will not suffice. Please be specific and to the point in all responses. Thank you.
