Build Physician Referral Network

We are a small speech therapy private practice in San Jose, CA looking for someone to visit Dr's offices to establish a relationship and a referral network. This person would be responsible for making the initial contact with physician's offices to introduce our business and our services. They would then work to foster a relationship with that office by following up either in person or by phone to establish a referral network. This individual would facilitate introductions between the speech therapist and the physician when possible.
The ideal candidate is a former pharmaceutical sales rep. who knows how to establish a relationship with physicians. But we will consider any individual with similar experience. We need someone who has experience introducing themselves and their business to receptionists, office managers, PAs and physicians with confidence and clarity. This individual must have a great personality in order to be successful at connecting with physicians and their staff. Representation is critical and will be the guiding factor in our choice from the candidate pool.
