Custom MT4 Indicator

I need a customized MT4 News indicator that will alert the user that an impending news event is going on happen on the currency pair chart that it is attached to.

The indicator must work in the background to sync with and reflect the local time zone of the MT4 user and show an appropriate alert on the attached chart "X" mins before the news event, actual news event and "Y" mins after the news event has lapsed.

Indicator Variables :

Local Time Zone :

- Indicator has the option to select and display the local time zone of the user ( Not the MT4 Broker Time Zone )

Currency Pair :

- Search for news events for Both currencies ( Eg : EUR/USD, search news for Both USD and EUR news events )

Impact Status :

- Indicator has the option to search for either Medium Yellow or Strong Red or Both on ForexFactory.

Event Timing ( Sync with local user time zone ) :

- Prompt MT4 user "X" mins before the news events in the user's local time zone.

- Prompt MT4 user that the news events is currently happening.

- Prompt MT4 user "Y" mins after the news event risk has lapsed.

- Values for "X" and "Y" are customizable.

Disable LIVE Trading :

- The indicator has the option to disable user from taking any "Live" trades from the starting time "X" to the ending time "Y" for the currency pair chart it is attached to.

Only those well versed in MQL4 should quote.

I reserve the rights to all the source codes of the custom MT4 indicator and the codes cannot be resold to any third parties.

Take note that there must be allocated a testing period of at least 5 trading days to test the feasibility of the indicator in actual live market conditions.
