Android app for LED Display of letters

Hi,

I need an android application that can display any character (number or letter) on screen in LED format. The rendering should be animated that is one dot at a time and speed to complete the rendering for specific character should be configurable. Following are other requirements that should be met:

1. Ability to render a sequence of characters on screen based on data stored in a file.

2. Time to render a specific character need to be configurable via preference screen.

3. The font size (display size) should configurable with default to full screen size.

4. Support for both portrait and landscape mode.

5. Support for Android version 2.1 till 4.0

6. The color of character should be configurable.

7. Code should be well written and documented.

8. The application should be responsive on all platforms

9. There should not be any memory leaks.

10. Support all screen sizes and resolutions..(phones and tablets)

Please provide some example of android applications you have developed. I am very technical person and have developed many apps. I am looking for partnership with someone who is excellent android developer and can assist in development work.
