I would like to have an app developed with GPS function loading mls data in Canada and the users can find listings in a specific area but circling the area, save favourites and contact me about listings, similar to this but won't crash all the time: [login to view URL] It would best if they can further define what they want to see in the list base on criteria: price, bedrooms, garage, square ft etc. as well it can use different pin colours for different listings such as ones new since last use app and my feature listings.

Also to accompany the app I need a wordpress plugin that could tally the mls listings in a city/town, similar to the front page of this [login to view URL] but performs the same function as above after they click into the area.
