Calendar synchronization with [login to view URL] calendars

The application shall enable the synchronization of all calendars of an [login to view URL] account to the phone, so all calendar entries will be visible in the calendar app on the phone (e.g. Google calendar app) and entries made on the phone need to be synchronized back to the [login to view URL] calendar (if applicable; obviously not for read-only calendars).

All calendars in [login to view URL] calendar means: the default calendar (Calendar of [Name]), Holiday calendar, Birthday calendar and all other calendars a user is subscribed to via the [login to view URL] calendar.
