Android port of Small IOS App

We need an Android port of an IOS app that is really simple, but needs to be built to a high quality and look and function really cleanly, ie pixel perfect and not freeze up etc, ie we need someone who knows how to build solid code.

The app is a front end on a payment process, it allows:

1. Entry of amount to pay, what toward (from a pick list) and frequency (from a picklist)

2. Entry of a phone number (posting it to our server will send the user a authentication code)

3. Entry of authentication code (on a popup), our server will verify and return a "session"

4. Opening an open source card scanner ([url removed, login to view]) to scan credit card, or allow selection from stored card (returned in the "session" object")

5. Opening a web page for payment completion

It involves:

- 5 x REST api calls

- 4-5 screens depending on reuse

- Integration of the [url removed, login to view] library ([url removed, login to view])

For reference, the IOS version was designed and built in 4 days by a senior developer, and the source code will be made available to the developer. A full technical spec will be provided to shortlisted candidate(s).

We have a very tight deadline and need for a working version by August 28, so you need to be available immediately. Please include a reference to an existing piece of work.

If the project is done well to spec, and without messing us about, we have several other projects, including a follow-on phase to this piece of work. Highly skilled individual strong advantage over large agency.
