Build an app using Xamarin Forms

We are looking to build a highly engaging application that works in conjunction with our website. The design, as well as the corresponding web services of the app are complete and ready. We will be working in Xamarin Forms to build this app. The app modules are as follows
1. Reading section – the ability to read the articles sourced from our website. Fairly straightforward process. User has the ability to comment or click on a call to action for this
2. Forum – Much like stack overflow or similar kinds, this module is like a forum and allows the user to post their query or respond to a query already asked.
3. Interaction – a place to find people and engage in one – one interactions. They can be done in video (plugin will be provided by us and integrated by you) or text (simple messaging on the app). You can also book time slots to speak to people. It is like Upwork where you can search for different people and speak with them.
Technical Details:
You will have to implement the sections in tabs. There may also be a drawer with various links such as preferences, logout, help, support, about etc.
We need you to be experienced in [login to view URL]; the application has to be deployed on all three major platforms (Windows Mobile 8/10, iOS and Android). You should be capable of using all the basic UI controls available in [login to view URL] comfortably. Understanding of listing type views and their differences is a must. The programmer has to be able to write custom renderers where required for Android as well as iOS.
The application has to be as portable as possible. The programmer will be supplied with the API which works over HTTPS. Requests are only of GET and POST type and all response will be in JSON. Interaction with Facebook for logging the user will be required.
