require web site to be updated and mobile friendly. also require seo

Current web site is far too detailed and frankly its a mess-

I want it to look simple like http://www.mightymatcha.com/ (love the simple animation) to clearly state our message of making infrastrutcure impact resistant and building zero waste developments

We have a small range of products and once the site is active and the front page set up with a template for products I can update it as needed and add detail (promise I wont do too much)

We want the site to be mobile freindly or have a button for mobile version of the site.

I need front page redesigned to be similar to mighty matcha (love the white space and green elements)

I also want maybe a scrolling bar for products

and to use a smple layout for each products page with links/ tabs to download PDF specifications and link to view video etc (a template we can fill in th eproducts using same layout)

I really want you to design a template we can use and if you can advise with SEO that would be excellent as wordpress doesnt seem to allow SEO so ts abit hit and miss at the moment?
