Create a Server Based application for a Pocket PC Device

We currently have a Program with it source code written in Clipper 5.2 that we are running on a HandHeld devices thru a Telnet session.

We need to re-create this program with a GUI to run on the Hand Held device but the program should run as a Server Based Program (Windows Server) designed for the HH.

This program will be connected to an Advantage Database Server. ([url removed, login to view])

The client program (on the HH) will be running on Microsoft Pocket PC Version 4 or greater.

Converting the current source code from Clipper will be a Plus.

Clipper

Delphi7

xHarbour

A Demo of a program running as Server Based will be needed in order to win this job.

We will Make A partial payment after bid is accepted, and a full payment when job is completely done with all bugs fixed.

We will need the source code and anything involved to recompile it after full payment is maid.
