I have a file from an old access database (Access 2.0). There are two tables that need to be imported into a mysql database. For this purpose I want to convert the two tables in the .mdb file to csv files. I only want a command line .exe program to be invoked from the command line with the path of the .mdb file, the name of the table and the output file.

I want to have the source code in C# or Visual Basic in Visual Studio .NET so I can make changes if necessary, for example using comma as decimal separator and semicolon as field separator. The csv file should also have a first line with the name of the fields.
