Collection delivery system for a dry cleaning company

I got a website [url removed, login to view] and I need to integrate a collection delivery system with route optimisation. Also this need to be implemented on wordpress as widget or something similar that we can have total control of it. After the system is complete we need the source code as well.
About route optimisation:
1. once we got the collections or the delivery made for the day, automatically the system knows the best route leaving from point 1 (Shop) following the waypoints until the end.
Payment online for the costumers:
1. Statement daily, monthly and weekly.
Newsletter for costumer and new costumers.
