Custom Contact Form w gallery

Hi all! I need a custom contact form for a html5 site. Simple, eh?

Weeel... not quite.

If it were, I'd do it myself.

This is for a photobook order. So I need lots of image uploading, slide based, with a final page at the end. Here is how I need it:

1. The client clicks on "order from template"

2. A page structured as follows appears:

In the top section, an Open Photobook with "drag your image here" placeholders.

Underneath, a "upload your background" button.

After that, "add a new page"

The page is selected from a gallery available in the bottom of the page, just above the footer. When the client hovers those images, the images enlarge.

When he adds a new page, or when he clicks one of the templates from the bottom gallery, the layout of the Open Photobook changes to match the clicked template.

When he uploads an image by dragging it in the "drop here" placeholders, i need the pic to appear in a div over that placeholder, so he can take a look at how it appears.

A "remove your photo" x mark in the photo's corner would be superb.

A final "ok, i'm done" button so an actual contact form appears, with name, phone, address, email, instead of the Open Photobook.

Psd Template will follow today/tommorow.
